BUILDING AUTOMATION

Alterman’s Building Automation and Controls Division serves as the prime subcontractor to national and local equipment control system manufacturers/integrators, as well as area mechanical contractors installing the electrical distributed control systems that are used to control and monitor a building’s heating, cooling, and ventilation (HVAC) system. Modern building automation systems also control indoor and outdoor lighting, security, fire alarm, and other related low voltage systems that are part of an integrated Building Management System. Our Building Automation & HVAC Controls Group consists of a large group of highly skilled and trained electricians, as well as low voltage technicians. When it comes to installing your equipment, you won’t find a more qualified group.
